Who Am I?

My Journey

Have you ever felt lost — like you're standing in a fog with no clear path forward? Stuck at a crossroads, unsure which way is actually yours?

I understand. Because I've been there too.

In school, I had a distinctive creative flair — but being different made me a target for bullying, and it planted something deeper: a belief that I wasn't good enough. That early wound taught me to shrink myself, to settle for less than I deserved. I started chasing jobs that just "fit the bill" for someone getting by. I wasn't failing because I aimed high — I was failing because I aimed low, and hit every time.

I spent years in roles — markets, cleaning, years in hospitality — feeling a growing unease, like I was running on a treadmill that kept moving backward. Exhausted, with less and less to give. It mirrored what was happening everywhere else in my life too — family, relationships, finances. Eventually I got desperate enough to actually ask for help — friends, therapists, counsellors, anyone.

That struggle is where the real change started. I began doing the deep work on myself — rebuilding my strength, rediscovering what I was actually worth. As I got stronger, my purpose became clear: I wanted to help people standing exactly where I'd been standing. Not from theory — from having lived it. The pain I'd been through turned out to be the exact lens I needed to help other people through theirs.

That realization sent me into years of training — hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, psychology, counselling, life coaching. I still train today, because in a profession where people hand you their hardest moments, you owe it to them to actually know what you're doing. If I'm not working, I'm learning.

I've since had the privilege of walking that same road with people like Peter, a marketing executive who'd let burnout quietly replace his passion, and David, an artist whose self-criticism had gone quiet in a different way — into silence. Different situations, same underlying story: both found their way back to themselves, and built something real from there.

This is where the climb starts.

I'm here to help you find your way through the fog, rebuild your strength, and build a life that's actually yours.

If you're ready to stop navigating the fog alone, get in touch. This is where it starts.
